Zou Fei
Zou Fei has been serving different Asian and Western Fortune 100 enterprises in the past ten years, starting from training and training management gradually extending to talent development and organization development, and has gained plenty of experience. He loves training and development, and believes that learning could bring huge energy for improvement. He believes training is one of the methods to encourage improvement; however, all stakeholders’ demand should be taken into consideration to achieve a win-win situation of organizations and individuals.
As the designer, Zou Fei advocates that the application environment and actual results should be taken into consideration in the stage of design, and he strives to make the training interesting, useful and effective. As the trainer, Zou Fei’s training programs are logical and highly structured, and use customized content and case studies according to the requirement, without loss of flexibility. His sincerity often impresses the participants, and inspires them to improve and develop.
Zou Fei graduated from Peking University with a bachelor degree of Korean language and culture and a bachelor degree of economics，and then obtained a master degree of economics from Graduate school of international studies, Seoul National University.
After graduation, Zou Fei worked for LG as training and development specialist, and gradually promoted to supervisor and manager. Then Zou Fei serves in Societe Generale, as the trainer, learning and development manager and talent development manager. As a member of HR expert centre, he is responsible for promoting Global and Asian Pacific training and talent development practice, the process control, promotion, training and supervision of performance evaluation, goal setting of the annual training and employee development, etc. As the local project manager, Zou Fei is also responsible for the unified global learning management system’s launching in China, to ensure that it is functionally in line with the local learning management, training the training coordinator of every department, and leading the management trainee program, etc.
Zou Fei is accredited facilitator of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI®). Especially, he has been accredited as the master trainer of DiSC® because A.PLUS is the international authorized partner of Wiley’ DiSC® in Greater China.
