Chow Wai Yin, Vivine
Vivine is the Consulting Director of APLUS. She has rich experience in training, consulting and organization development, and has been serving different world famous luxury brands in the past ten years. She first gained commercial sales and customer service management experience in luxury brand and later on equipped practical experiential learning facilitation experience. Her career progress further by taking up the training head function and was one of the key executive committee member of luxury brand. Her excellent presentation skill with people focused facilitation skill enables her to be a seasoned facilitator with great appreciation. Her strategic mindset always contributes value added consultancy advice to all clients.
Vivine graduated from the Department of Public and Social Administration of City University of Hong Kong with a bachelor degree of BSocSc (Hons) in Policy Studies and Administration. During that period, Vivine also participated in an Academic Exchange Program to University of Edinburgh, UK. In addition, Vivine got a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management and Development from University of Leicester, UK.
In the beginning of the career, Vivine worked in the key boutique sales management team in Chanel Limited. She rotated in different boutiques and consolidate key management and retail operation experience by providing professional fashion sales advices to customers and manage customers’ relation and complains. Vivine then joined Haac Limited and she was the Corporate Senior Training Officer to organize and deliver training programs and consultancy projects to local and MNCs client, including Hong Kong Jockey Club, Adidas HK, Band of China Group, HSBC, Bvlgari, etc. She has developed a variety of training content with tools i.e. Disc, MBTI, NLP to upgrade different training service and prepare training consultancy reports and evaluate effectiveness of training program.
As the core of her senior management experience, Vivine served in Richemont Asia Pacific Ltd – Cartier. As the Training Head and Executive Committee Member, Vivine is in charge of identifying development needs and preparing the strategic annual people development strategies and plans, leading and maintaining a cohesive training team and enhancing team members’ capability and productivities. She achieved great working partnership with the HR team for Staff Engagement Solutions.
Vivine is also an accredited MBTI® practitioner, accredited Firo-b Facilitator, accredited Leadership Effectiveness 360 Analysis (LEA) facilitator, Wiley Everything DiSC® certified trainer, and is The Leadership Challenge (TLC) International Facilitator.
