Phoebe Li, Consulting Director of A.PLUS , certified consultant for Wiley Everything DiSC ®. She has over 10 years of professional HR experience in international hotel management groups. Her achievements cover high-end service, talent development, performance management, recruitment and retention.
Phoebe’s career started from Intercontinental Hotels Group (IHG) where she took part in several hotels ’s pre-opening work as the captain of brand service and leadership development. She succeeded in enhancing total service quality, cultivating management trainees, building up mid-management learning system and integrating E-learning with on-site trainings. Because of her outstanding management strategies and skills, she was designated to be a permanent member of Executive Committee of Risk Management to handle emergency issues and maintain VIP relationships.
Phoebe escalated her training system and programs in Hotels by Hilton. She organized and conducted annually rolling courses in northern China, provided trainings on leadership and senior management strategies. In the Greater China management trainee assessment center, she conducted as chief designer of group challenge. As the Talent Development Director of the first Rosewood hotel in Asia, she established competency training framework and designed customized courses for operational departments such as luxury cultural training, international culture exposure program, emotional experience learning and refined service standard training. Bringing up its brand and professional performance, Phoebe contributed to Rosewood hotel’s honor as a Five-Star Hotel in Forbes Travel Guide. During this time, Phoebe was also invited to BHI 2016 Young Hoteliers Summit Asia, worked as one final judge and award presenter.
Now devoting herself into consulting, Phoebe brought her solid philosophy and practical experiences in, tailored training courses into customized programs according to corporation visions and brand positioning. She has provided coaching, leadership trainings, and elite training camps to varied industries and corporations. She is also a certified SPOT® facilitator by FNS. Integrating psychological tools with training and coaching skills, she has the most up-to-date solutions.
