Halina Lee
Halina Lee，Senior Training Consultant of A.Plus, is a very experienced HK consultant with solid sales, marketing and management experience.
Halina graduated from Tokyo University of Foreign Study. Then she joined IBM Japan company and engaged in sales. Halina has served as a senior sales executive for IBM HK and a marketing manager for IBM China nearly a decade. Her key clients include Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, Fidelity and other global non-bank financial company.
Halina had founded a head-hunting company Talent Power in 2000 which focus on IT and finance industry. Now she is leading a team of about 60 staffs to provide efficient service for the clients. And she is also an accredited facilitator of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI®) certified by the CPP. Especially, Halina has been accredited as the master trainer of DiSC® because A.PLUS is the international authorized partner of Wiley’ DiSC® in Greater China. A.PLUS regards Halina and her team as very closed long-term partner handling many consulting projects together for years. She demonstrated her mature approach in facilitation and won acceptance especially from clients in IT industry.
