Leslie Wang, A. PLUS Consulting Director,, had been serving different Fortune 500 enterprises, starting from frontline training, management skill training gradually extending to talent development in Hospitality & Luxury Retail. He is passionate in training as he believes that learning can bring the huge energy for sustaining improvement.
Leslie started his training career from 2006 in Hyatt Group. He worked for 2 Hyatt hotels and supported pre-opening training including service standard, departmental skills training, and trial run of 2 new Hyatt hotels. During his career in Hyatt, he got his master degree of International Hotel and Resort Management in Oxford Brookes University of UK. His dissertation about expatriates training needs was recorded in the University Library.
After Hyatt, Leslie acquired solid training and people development experience in Cartier and Apple, taking national training leader roles. During his working in Cartier, Leslie took charge of Cartier boutique managers development program and advanced selling skills, exploring and using market leading psychological and people development tools to enhance the creation of personalized customer service. His projects helped long term customer relationships and achievement of people management and business development goals.
Leslie is the certified trainer of Wiley Everything DiSC, Korn Ferry Lominger, and NCDA Career Development Professional. He has deep understanding and solid experience in luxury and retail products and markets. His training expertise are TTT, communication, selling skills, service excellence, and customer relationships etc. Clients have positive feedback towards Leslie’s in-classroom learning application and actual results.
