Rapunzel Liu
Rapunzel Liu, is A.PLUS Consulting Director and Wiley Everything DiSC® certified consultant. In the past ten years, she has been serving different Asian and Western Fortune 500 enterprises, which covered from consumer goods to manufacturing, from well-known foreign companies to listed private companies. She has the expertise in the Human Resources fields, and her roles covered compensation and benefits, HRBP, training, talent development and organizational development.
Rapunzel started her career at Taiwan Uni-President. After that, she joined Swire Coca-Cola and was an expert in compensation and learning development. As a member of the HR Expert Center, she was responsible for promoting Swire Coca-Cola's total rewards management practices in China, and striving for resources to meet local specificities. As a local project manager, she was responsible for the global unified ERP system SAP Human Resources module’s launching in China, ensuring functionally aligned with local legal, policies and management processes to improve the efficiency of compensation management. She provided sustainable talent development solutions for the company in the WCM / WCO (World Class Manufacturing / World Class Operations) program. In addition, she had been also responsible for cross-cultural integration work in the merger of Swire Coca-Cola and COFCO Coca-Cola. During her career in Chint Group global talent and organizational development function, she established a talent management development system, which included talent standard, assessment technology, talent review and development technology. She hosted talent review calibration meetings, designed follow-up development projects, and laid a solid foundation for the company's succession plan and talent echelon.
