1+1 Deeper Cooperation, Two Dimensions- the Most Cost-Effective Solution for Middle Management
A. PLUS has executed one-day Four-Dimensional Management Powered by Everything DiSC® training for a top domestic E-Commerce enterprise. All the trainees are in the middle management. They are expected to enhance their management skills.

Besides, A.PLUS set a group of exercise combined with DiSC® behavioral type and four dimensional situation by deploying Monopoly Game. During the game, all the trainees adapted their behavioral styles consciously based on what they learnt.
For the session, the trainees did not only learn how to manage their subordinates, they also learned how to work with their managers based on behavioral styles and four-dimensional management. In workplace, for the middle management, it is definitely essential to report to the managers, ask for support from their managers. Middle management employees should be equipped with empathy to stand in their from the managers’ place. This training has made the trainees be aware of this and extend the capability.
