Two-days Four-Dimensional Management Training Powered by Everything DiSC®

Program

A. PLUS has executed  two-days four-Dimensional Management Powered by Everything DiSC® training for a top German fashion group. All the trainees are in the middle management. They are expected to enhance their management skills.  A.PLUS deepened the training based on the one-day facilitation with the guidance of two-dimensional management based on the behavioral styles to learn directing and delegating, motivation.

 

1. Based on Everything DiSC® assessment, trainees learning Everything DiSC® behavioral styles knowledge.

Most of the trainees are promoted from the front-line level, they have rich work experience. In terms of management, two-Dimensional Management powered by Everything DiSC® can help them elevate their management skills. It can be effective in the original experience to help them improve their management capacity.

 

2. By playing in the Monopoly Game, trainees applied what they have learnt.

A.PLUS guided the trainees for reviewing Everything DiSC® psychological behavior knowledge for the type strengths and blind spots of DiSC® behavioral type as well as two models AAA and SOS. Besides, A.PLUS set a group of exercise combined with DiSC® behavioral type and two dimensional situation by deploying Monopoly Game.  All the trainees adapted their behavioral styles consciously based on what they learnt.

 

3. Trainees Feedback

 

Most of the trainees felt interesting and practical of the training. They hope to apply the knowledge and methods in work such as scheduling the work face-to-face; dealing with different behavioral type of people; motivating employees.  They hope that more team members can understand Everything DiSC®, so that they can improve the efficient communication through a common language
