A.PLUS received the inquiry from a leading medical equipment enterprise, they expected to conduct management training for the managers and core employees for one-day while participating the industry annual conference in Fuzhou. The client didn’t count on solving all the problems in one day, before studying the specific management skills, the client hoped to that the new managers could realize the importance of shifting roles from experienced employees to new managers, which laid the foundation for future growth to excellent mangers.

1.	A.PLUS has executed one-day upgraded four dimensional training for a medical equipment company recently. The trainees have learned Everything DiSC, Four Dimensional Management, Three Roles of Managers. They got a whole new recognition of management.

 

Obstacles Encountered by New Managers

The enterprise has founded for more than a decade, it has already established national sales and service network. With the growth of business, it has promoted front-line employees with rich experience as managers, some of them even become regional/functional manager. However, without systematical training and guidance, new managers have encountered obstacles in practical work, such as:
