MKT COMM 1.0 Core – DiSC® way to communicate

Communication& Marketing Department is one of the core functions in the company, while it’s highly functioning would give certain great impact & positive result for the business result.  One of the key land developer group invited A.PLUS to held a 2-day High Impact Communication Training for the entire communication & marketing team as a strategy kick-off in 2018 new year start.

3 Aims

√Identify others’ style and communicate with them correspondingly to cooperate effectively

√ Master the behavioral tool and apply in daily work for internal & external clients

Almost all the participants found that the training was practical, the key take-away could accelerate a high-functioning team which can achieve its potential, resulting in a healthier, more productive organization. Additionally, improving teamwork is an important endeavor beyond merely helping organizations become more effective. It also reduces stress and dissatisfaction of the people who work in those organizations, which has a profound impact on the lives of their friends and family members.
