A.PLUS provides a 2-day leadership training for 12 board members based in North Asia Regions from a listing company based in Geneva, who got average more than 15 top management experience, on 24-25 April in Hong Kong.

During the workshop, every participant had a personalized profile which reflected their leadership and management preference and style. The leaders were walk-through together on how to bring ideas from an early spark of vision to reality, using leadership and guidance to create proper alignment and execution, So that the company to obtain the most efficient management. Most of them got very positive feedback and glad to turn the goal of leadership into tangible steps. Also, the meaningful suggestions and sharing are not only inspiring but also practical for them to adapt the way they lead.
