On Aug 12, A.PLUS has executed Highly Effective Manager Training Camp Module Three for a leading game company: selection and development in HR management. Interview talents and career development. This session was facilitated by A.PLUS Consulting Director Fei Zou and Recruitment Expert Linda. The training has laid solid foundation for the trainees in both interview skills and career development knowledge.

1.The trainees has acquired scientific behavioral-based interview skills

Under the guidance of Linda, the trainees learned behavioral interview skills including question type of interview, STAR rules systematically. They have set up a system for interviewing.

They have also applied what they have learnt in group. Acting as interviewers and interviewees to practice behavioral-based interview.

2. The Trainees Have New Perceptions for Career Development

Fei Zou has facilitated the TOP Module (Talent-Organization-Passion) to the trainees. The trainees have new ideas and perceptions for the career development from their own and their subordinates point of views.

What’s more, the trainees also did the career inclination survey. They knew clearly their status and inclination.
