As the 2nd phase of the Corporate Annual Management Training for a German Merchandising Corporate’s middle management, this program “Critical and Creative Thinking for Problem Solving” is customized for the participants who has joined the 1st phase “Leadership, Motivation & Influencing” powered by Everything DiSC® Management” in August.

Program Focus:
This program focus on recognizing the essence and the importance of both critical thinking and creative thinking in nowadays business context. In the morning, participates can identify how their EverythingDiSC® style may affect their thinking habits, including areas of strengths and blind spots. Also they grasp ways to overcome common obstacles to “Think out of the boxes”.
Also, in the afternoon. Participants based on selected work cases to explore 6 thinking approaches taking account of rational and emotional factors to overcome the barriers with strategic problem solving. Ultimately understand the key to great decision-making is clarity in generating options and criteria under challenging conditions.
It is a program which is people centric as well as hand-on skill workshop.
