Applying Everything DiSC to Maintain Excellent Communication

Program

A.PLUS has executed one-day communication training by adopting Everything DiSC® in Beijing in early September for a leading Internet mobile devices manufacturing company. The trainees were from the top management level，aimed at improving communication across different departments. The session was facilitated by Executive Consulting & Managing Director of A.PLUS Management Consulting Lawson Chu. After the session, we also provided homework and lunch meeting for further feedback and improvement.

1. The client intends to improve communication among senior level managers and subordinates by learning Everything DiSC® behavioral styles knowledge.

1. Before the training, all the trainees have completed Everything DiSC® Workplace Assessment for the preparation of the training.
2. During the training, Lawson illustrated Everything DiSC® behavioral knowledge as well as two models such as AAA(Aware-Accept-Adapt) and SOS(Self-Others-Situation) in a professional and humorous style. The training has made trainees to understand the strengths and weaknesses of self and others behavioral styles, adapting consciously according to situations.
3. The training also designed homework after training. Trainees have reflected communication strategies based on cases in life and work.
4. Two weeks later, Lawson and trainees attended lunch meeting for further feedback and improvements.
