At the end of Sep 2018, A.PLUS has executed the Five Behaviors of A Cohesive Team™ for the high level managers for an energy efficiency leading company. The whole program enabled everyone to know more about each other, facilitate everybody to trust each other, and strive for the same vision and goal.
