The Highlights of Training

1, Opening Heart Building Trust-Sharing Stories in Childhood
Every team member has prepared for a photo of their childhood and shared their stories. In this process, everyone was listening to each other. They have known each other’s experience and the influence to their life today.

The most important behavior in the Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team is Trust, namely building vulnerability-based trust, to lay the most solid foundation of the team.

2. Productive Conflict-For the Function of the Team
In the daily run of the team, team members may have different ideas, so they make conflicts. By knowing DiSC styles, learning to manage conflict and to bring productive conflict, the team will function well.

The trainees are writing down their own understanding of trust and conflict.

By one-day training, all the team members have realized the importance of trust and conflict in team building and cohesion. They feel their relationship became closer and they are willing to apply in real practice.
