The 60th DiSC® International Consultant Certification Has Been Completed Successfully

At the end of October in Shanghai, A.PLUS has executed The 60th DiSC® International Certification successfully. One of the highlights of the program was that we have upgraded the latest version of application, adding Everything DiSC® Productive Conflict. In this session, most of them were from large enterprise and from foreign companies. After two-day learning, they have become DiSC® Certified Consultant and have joined 4Youth Club.

DiSC International Consultant Certification has been completed successfully at the end of October. This session was held in Shanghai, which was added the latest assessment Everything DiSC Productive Conflict. Most of the consultants were interested in the Five Behaviors of A Cohesive Team.

1. At the Upper Part In Terms of Behavioral Styles

Everything DiSC Group Map has shown that most of the people were with quick style.

From the picture, most of the dots indicating behavioral styles were in the upper part of the circle, only one of them is in the middle. This class was “fast”.

2. The Five Behaviors of A Cohesive Team™, Learning and then Benefiting the Whole Team

In this session, many consultants showed great interest in the team solution, that is The Five Behaviors of A Cohesive Team™. The hope to learn the solution and then apply it to teams in the organization.
