Highly Effective Manager Training Camp Great Navigation Has Completed Successfully, OKR Leading Organization to Greatness

In Mid Sep, A.PLUS has executed the fifth session of Highly Effective Manager Training Camp Great Navigation for a renowned game-production company, Objective Key Results (OKR) Management. This session was jointly conducted by Consulting Director of A.PLUS Management Consulting Mr. Fei Zou and Famous OKR Expert Ms. Maria. The completion of the session also marks the perfect ending of the training.

1.	The 5th session of Highly Effective Manager Great Navigation OKR has been jointly conducted by Consulting Director of A.PLUS Management Consulting and Famous OKR Expert. The entire training has also been completed successfully.

1. OKR Has Overwhelmed the Trainees in Business, Leadership, Performance and Creativity
What is OKR? How can OKR be applied?
OKR is one of the management methods. In one- day session, Maria has introduced the conception, true meanings, history and the application in practice. OKR has enlightened the trainees in business transformation, leadership, performance and creativity. The trainees has recognized the charisma of OKR.

2.	The trainees were learning OKR with Leadership, listing goals.

3.	All the trainees were standing and playing games in OKR with Leadership.

2. Learning by Practicing, Planning based on OKR

The trainees have written plans in business, leadership, performance and creativity from OKR perspective after each section. They transformed the old KPI method step by step, leading the whole organization to become great.

4.	The trainees were studying OKR, listing objectives and key results business, team and project.

5.	The trainees were listing personal and department OKR by OKR method.

By learning OKR, I gained in-depth knowledge of team and project management. The core awareness was knowing the purpose of the task instead of completing the index, I should have macro cognition of the company, only in this way can I become engaged of the whole company to fulfill the vision and mission of the company.
