Highly Effective Manager Manager Training Camp Module Three Has Rounded Off Successfully

At the end of August, A.PLUS has executed Highly Effective Manager Training Camp Great Navigation Module Four: The Five Behaviors of A Cohesive Team™. All the participants of the program have experienced the team, shared their own stories with each other, practiced the Five Behaviors of A Cohesive Team including: Building Trust, Mastering Products, Making Commitment , Holding Each Other Accountable and Achieving Results.

1. After taking the training session the Five Behaviors of A Cohesive Team, the trainees have reached agreement towards trust, conflict, commitment, accountability and result. They are now working hard to become more cohesive.

Highlights of the Program

1. Ice-Braking Activity Tested the Cohesion of A Team

At the beginning of the training, ice-breaking activity, the team member grabbed hands of companions randomly

 They were working and communicating and they were aware of the essentiality of teamwork

The training has executed this activity: let the trainees unlock the hands grabbed with each other randomly. The activity enabled the trainees to facilitate communication, enhance problem-solving skills, but most importantly help them realizing it is crucial to build a cohesive team.

2. Trainees Shared Stories and Were Touched

Everyone shared their own hidden stories during the training session. They were so touched, their eyes filled with tears. By sharing stories, they deepened their understanding with each other.

3. Based on Trust, Trainees Conducted Following Behaviors of A Cohesive Team

At the end of the training, after the Five Behaviors of A Cohesive Team, all of the participants completing a game

They were practicing the Five Behaviors of A Cohesive Team.

After Building Trust with each other, trainees has executed discussion and study of conflict, committment, accountability and result. Everyone has learned that each layer of behavior lays the foundation of the higher level one. Only 5 Behaviors can keep the team in cohesive state. What’s more, the trainees were middle or high-level managers. They also realized that the team as a member is more important than the team as a leader.
