A.PLUS Has Completed Two Sessions of DiSC® International Consultant Certification in August Opening Session in Beijing and Internal One in A Renowned Foreign Enterprise

In hot August, A.PLUS has completed two sessions of DiSC® International Consultant Certification. In Beijing, the opening session has provided the HR professionals to study Everything DiSC® content. In Shanghai, A.PLUS has executed internal DiSC® certification for a renowned foreign-owned pharmaceutical enterprise.

1. Global Enterprise Using Everything DiSC® Internal Certification to Maximize the Value of Assessment

Many foreign companies adopt Everything DiSC® uniformly among the whole group, local branches need to find professional certification partner for DiSC® certification, At the beginning of August, A.PLUS has executed two-day internal certification for a key player in pharmaceutical industry. By getting certified, everyone learned Everything DiSC® and its application deeply gained new perspective for learning and development solutions.

Like the opening session, we sent two Everything DiSC® Master Trainers. During the certification, we kept a small size group of people to learn, which enabled the consultants to interact well with the Master Trainers. Also, employees from the same company can also communicate happily with each other.

The consultants not only know themselves and others, they also pass the knowledge and skills by practicing facilitation and help more people to improve relations with others and make the whole organization become more harmonious. We believe that they can bring more positive energy the organization.

2. Beijing Opening Certification Session, Applying Assessment Tool in Solutions

This time in Beijing, we have headhunting professionals, L&D team professionals, trainers. They have studied seven solutions of Everything DiSC® for further tailored solutions.

In this session, I style and S tyle consisted of half of the group, D style and C style accounted for a small group. The whole vibe was vibrating and interactive.

All the consultants interacted with Everything DiSC® Master Trainers actively, knowing themselves and others, by practicing teaching, they deepened their understanding of DiSC.
