Chelsea Chen
Chelsea, who is an excellent senior consultant of A.PLUS Youzhuo, has years of experience in the field of human resource and business consulting. She has developed her own logic, clear, practical, thorough, unique, lively and humorous style of training with her effective combination of a solid theoretical knowledge and extensive practical experiences. Chelsea is good at integrating theory with practice, by which she is able to enrich the training contents. In addition, Chelsea is adept in not only expressing ideas in plain language but also displaying suitable case analysis to broaden the thoughts of students. Chelsea graduated from Nankai University with a Master’s degree of Business Administration (MBA).
During the early years when Chelsea was working in a large multinational manufacturing company of modern energy, she successfully led the preparation and operation of the training centers, which had drawn high attention and received positive affirmation from the headquarter of the company. Later on she integrated the personnel and took charge of human resource for three new factory construction projects, thus making human resource system functioning in an efficient way in the Group and its subsidiaries. Later, Chelsea, as the person in charge of the employer brand project, successfully created the image of a good employer and proceeded on with further promotions. Afterwards, Chelsea transferred to another large manufacturing company as a strategic supporter of the company's decision-making process. On this position, she took the overall responsibility of human resource, communicating thoroughly with people from the headquarter and senior Chinese managers. Chelsea made positive, viable proposals on organizational structure, human resource and administrative systems building according to the overall planning of the new plant construction projects with combination of local situation, thus making smooth progress of the project.
Later on, Chelsea was mainly working in a pharmaceutical group. Her responsibility as a principal of overall works of human resource had promoted the process of development of the enterprise. In this process, Chelsea developed a human resource system from nothing, strengthened the implementation and gradually improved the system. Meanwhile, she accomplished recruitment and configuration of staffs at the beginning of the new enterprise with high quality and efficiency. In addition, she optimized the allocation of human resource in accordance with the plan of the development of the enterprise.
Chelsea is also an accredited MBTI, DISC, and HOGAG lecturer. She always gets a deep understanding of the enterprise and then develops and designs a wide range of targeted corporate consulting projects and training programs, where she will teach by herself to help students learn abundant knowledge and operational methods and skills during the communication.
