As a leader, one needs vision. Facing with changing world, how can leaders carve out and cope with changes? What are some prerequisites for a good leader?

On June 10th, A.PLUS Consulting Director Fei Zou has executed “The Work of Leaders -Vision, Alignment, Execution” Leadership Workshop for trainees from various departments and levels for a growing real estate company. All the trainees have deepened their understanding of VAE Leadership model, they have been well-prepared for taking the leading role in the future.

1. A. PLUS Customized Pre-Program Investigation

The client is a real estate company devoting to building emerging industry down, the employees have various backgrounds. All the programs developed by the client have great prospects, however, the developing progress are with challenges. How to align the employees to have the same vision and overcome the difficulties are the key issues that leadership should cope with.

The trainees of this workshop has taken the training of DiSC behavioral styles, they had the understanding of the strengths and blind spots of different DiSC styles.

Based on the trainees, A. PLUS as the application expert of Everything DiSC has customized VAE model leadership training combined with DiSC knowledge.

2. The Highlights of VAE Leadership Workshop

As a leader, the first thing to do is to know oneself and be aware of deploying the strong suits of the subordinates. Fei Zou has reviewed DiSC behavioral style, which provided the opportunity for people to know their own and others’ strength and blind spots.

Later, Fei Zou has illustrated VAE Leadership Model ( Vision-Alignment-Execution) and the 18 best practices. A.PLUS has designed the survey for the 18 best practices to let trainees judge their own leadership style. Meanwhile, they have not only learned knowledge, but also tried the game to enhance the leadership skills in specific situation.
