Understanding Each Other by Learning Everything DiSC, Facilitate Trust among Team Members

On Aug 4th, A.PLUS has executed Highly Efficiently Communication and Team Cohesion training Program for a movie and TV plays production company. The program has introduced psychological tool Everything DiSC®, DiSC® as bridge between people, making trainees understand each other. Based on that, the program has provided an opportunity to let trainees share their stories to enhance mutual trust.

1.	A.PLUS has executed Highly Efficiently Communication and Team Cohesion training Program for a movie and TV plays production company. The program has introduced psychological tool Everything DiSC® to allow the trainees getting to know themselves, building trust based on the understanding of each other.

Client Need
1. The company wanted a highly efficiently language for employees to communicate effectively.
2 The company intended to lay a solid foundation for cross departments communication and collaboration by understanding each other and enhancing mutual trust.

Highlights of the Program

1. The trainees knew and learned Everything DiSC® behavioral styles theory, they were able to judge the type of behavioral styles according to one’s behaviors. For example, the trainees could feel some people are i style as they are so energetic. Some people might be C or S style as they are not that fast.
2. The trainees completed Everything DiSC® Workplace Chinese Profile. The trainees were aware of their strengths, blind spots of behavioral styles, they know others behavioral styles, they also learned to adapt according to specific situation. In the company, when i style people work with C style people, it would be difficult for i people to adapt the trait precision of C style people. After the training, C style people have understood better, they also praised the strength of i people who can light up the atmosphere.
3. The program was carefully designed so that every participant could share their stories with each other. Some of the participants even shared their secrets and their eyes filled with tears. The trainees understood each other and built trust.
