MBTI ® PERSONALITY PROGRAM

MyersBriggs Type Indicator

MyersBriggs Type Indicator (MBTI®) is one of the world’s most widely used personality
indicators. It is a brilliant selfawareness tool. Based on the theories of Carl Jung, with continuing research and development in both personal and organizational applications, it has developed a great global reputation. Each year approximately 2 million people worldwide use the instrument for greater selfawareness and professional growth. Nearly all users report stunning personal insights which lead to immediate applications in life and work. Using MBTI®, we can improve a broad range of personal and organizational competencies.

Its success results from 2 factors:

  • a solidly researched model which yields highly valid results
  • extensive applications in the workplace (and in nonwork life) without barriers

The data produced by MBTI® profiling is very rich and has extensive applications in the workplace. These are:

  • Career development
  • Managing Self and Others
  • Understanding Self and Others
    Resolution
  • Selling and Customer Services
  • Communication and Conflict
  • Onetoone Coaching
  • Team Cooperation
  • Performance Review
  • Leadership and Personal Development
  • Stress Management
  • Managing Change
  • Time management
  • Effective team working

What is your MBTI® type?

Scoring is done by a written questionnaire. Results are provided in a written report and explained by a consultant. In a coaching session, the process takes about 2 hours. Individuals are profiled into one of 16 MBTI® types, which give a detailed description of their unique talents and natural strengths. A selfscored questionnaire, plus a very attractive booklet explaining MBTI® types and a 24 pages individual analysis report will be provided.
