Enhancing Management Skill of New Generation

Many enterprises have the high work expectations with resource-given towards their management trainees. On 24th-25th May, A.PLUS is honored to be invited to a Hong Kong-based public utility company, with huge development in global, tailoring a 1.5-day management course for its management trainees.  The course aims are to strengthen the management trainees on the self-understanding, enhance the management competence and deepen the supervisory skill.  Meanwhile, they also explore how to communicate with colleagues to exchange the information and ideas effectively.

The feedback was very positive, the participants found the Everything DiSC® report can show their personal deficiencies with recommendations, which can effectively lead them to reflect and spontaneous continuous improvement in workplace.

The management training held by A.PLUS has been focusing on the interactive activities and the team were highly engaged in the entire process  The training conducted by A.PLUS was not only enhanced the management skills of the trainees, it also has influenced the mind of the trainees.
