A.PLUS has been provided 2 management workshops for a fast moving consumer goods agency in Hong Kong since January 2017. They are the steps 1 and 2 for preparing their management culture reengineering to support their business model restructuring.

In early May, A.PLUS collaborate with this loyal customer to organize their 2017 whole company business strategy communication day as their culture evolution final step

The company nearly 100 colleagues from different levels attend in this half-day meeting, the goal is all staff understand 2017 business strategic direction, while they can embrace “ONE Team ONE GREAT SHOW”

A.PLUS suggest the communication day was divided into 3 major parts
The first part is by the customer company’s newly established core management team to make a presentation to the whole company to transparently share
– What are the difficulties and challenges facing by the corporate
– How to overcome and get change for potential business opportunity
– How change through cooperation to evolution Good to Great

The second part is 2017 strategic business direction illustration by the dedicated sales in-charges

The third part is A.PLUS One Great Show collaboration activity.
