CASE STUDY 1

With the 2008 Olympics Game fast approaching in China, hotels are pressured to step up their service level to ensure that China makes a world class host for such a significant milestone in history. How to stand out in this field? How to cultivate the right service mindset of each staff? And how to be the best hotel in the world? Our client, The Peninsula Hotel engages APlus to tailor make an extremely engaging workshop for their staff exactly for this challenge.

First of all, the trainees need to understand themselves and the others again through the MBTI tool. Knowing how to maximize the strength of each member in the team is instrumental to solving team and operational difficulties

Using interactive games, the hotel staff found it more effective to apply theories to practice.

Feedback from participants:

  • It is very useful for my job because of this complicated field.
  • The teacher helps me realize my weaknesses through the vivid and interesting examples. Thanks a lot! Three days are better for us to learn.
  • Although this is my first time to hear of the MBTI courses, it is very useful for our job. The trainer has applied good skills to practice through vivid examples. I suggest that you arrange more days for MBTI.
