2. The Highlights of A Cohesive Team

a. Everyone of the team members have adoted Everything DiSC® Workplace Chinese version. They have gained a whole new view of their own and others’ strengths and blind spots. They have increased their sense of trust to each other after knowing and understanding the behavioral styles.
b. The team members have invested the relationship deeply to build trust with each other, They were opening their heart, sharing childhood experience to know each other well. They were not so strong instead, they showed true self to each other.
c. After building trust with each other, they engaged in productive conflict. They have discussed many strategic topics based on the operation of the company during the program. Finally, they have agreed to each other and made future work schedule.
