A.PLUS*CSTD Jointly Shared A Lecture: To Maximize the Powerfulness of a Tool
CSTD (Chinese Society for Talent Development ) is a renowned group in learning and development field in China. On April 22nd afternoon, A.PLUS Everything DiSC® Mater Trainer and Member of CSTD Zou Fei has shared a lecture To Maximize the Powerfulness of a Tool. The attendees consisted of professional HR, learning and development professionals, sales team leader, trainers and consultants. The lecture has three main topics： introduction of Everything DiSC® reports, showing the application of Everything DiSC® in different situation, sharing Zou Fei’s own experience of utilizing certain tools.
Introduction of Everything DiSC Reports-Powerfulness of the Tool
Before the presentation, all the participants could try Everything DiSC® Sales Chinese Beta Version worthy of 715 RMB. The participants had knew the profession, validity, and reliability of the reports. Master Trainer Zou Fei guided the participants of behavior styles, tendency priority and the overuse of a certain style. They were also aware the difference of the extra priority.
The Application of Everything DiSC® Reports in Different Situation
In terms of application, Master Trainer Zou Fei has showed the application in five situation: Hire and Onboard New Employees, Increase Team Effectiveness, Build Cohesive Intact Teams, Increase Sales Effectiveness, Develop New Leaders and Develop Mature Leaders. The benefit of Everything DiSC® in application is that it enables everyone to communicate on the same page. People should know themselves clearly, understand others, and adapt according to the situation.
Zou Fei Sharing His Own Experience of Utilizing Certain Tools
At the final part of the lecture, Zou Fei shared his experience and understanding of a certain tool. For example, he made effort to improve his parents relationship by Everything DiSC® reports. He also increased his interaction with his son by adopting Lego toys.
A great tool should not only be limited to a certain situation, it should be redeveloped by the user.
